Where can i install this unit?
The Aqua Gem can be fitted into all kitchen units and the tap can be installed on either surface-mounted or countersunk sink units.
Is it difficult to replace filter?
No to replace filter just twist filter off and twist new filter on (its that simple).
Does this unit remove bacteria?
No this unit is for use on microbiological save water only.

I can get parts cheaper elsewhere but I don't trust elsewhere, I am happy to pay a bit extra for a good service with good support and reliability...
