I bought the full replacement for my Osmosis System. However the connectors for the top filter are screw ins but I got a push in filter in the replacement. It would be helpful if you specify the difference in the ordering process. I got the push in connectors delivered very quickly after. and enjoying the clean fresh water again.

This is about the replacement full set of filters I orderd and recieved. They did not fully match my originals. This was i bit inconvient bit I did e-mail with the correct size filter for the first stage and heard nothing, I then rersent the e-mail a few days later and had an almost instance responce from your rep Frances who called me and I had the correct filter deliverd pronto. I feel this mishap could have been avoided if someone took the trouble to look at the filter set that came with my original order which I placed on line Thankd Edmond

Was product delivered on time? yes Are you happy with product? yes Did it cost you much to have the unit installed? I installed them myself, the only cost was 4 X 3/4ins brass fittings. Would you recommend water2buy to a friend? yes Would you buy from water2buy again? yes Anything else? The threads in my orignal housings were brass, in the new filter housings they are plastic so I had to purchase brass fittings with longer threads to get a water tight seal. Other than that every is fine and I am pleased with your products.

That was the purchase price, installed it myself.Saw your add about a week later, and felt sick. forwarded it to the company in waterford with a strongly worded note. I was never really much of a water drinker until i fitted this unit, the water it produces is absolutely delicious! I found the customer service and quality of my RO system to be excellent. I cant imagine how we ever got along without one of these!! i would not hesitate in recommending water2buy to my friends and family
